Here is a Quick Way to Build Muscle Lose Fat in Weeks

By Allen Brian

Getting too much muscle to your body too fast usually comes with fat to your body as well. That is a natural biological process if you want to gain muscle, if you want to have muscle mass, you have to understand this. Calories are a must and the more the better if you want to gain bigger muscle mass to your body. But you can't control all the added calories directly into your muscle growing process and force muscle growing. So, some of them will be transformed into fat.

It is a good idea to make your total effort to grow muscle in one specific time frame and also do your best to slash your extra fat in another specific time frame, if you want to have a good look shape quickly.

Because your muscle level will determine so much of your metabolic rate, it- much easier to get rid of the fat after you have built up the size of your muscles. For this reason, having a high level of muscle is important and is the best plan.

Based on this information, this is the goal of the weight gain phase: grow your muscle as big as possible and gain fat as few as possible. Losing fat completely is not what we want here; we just want to get them as small as possible.

This can be done in three different ways.

Precise caloric surplus is required.

You may hear of "optimal nutrition", but you may not hear of "super nutrition". Getting extra calories is needed to make your muscles larger, but eating as much as you can of random foods beyond what you need to make your muscle tissue larger will cause you to gain more fat than you should.

Set extra calories to fifteen to twenty percent of your daily calories needs are acceptable for growing muscle. If your calorie intake is in this range, you don't need any more calories.

Watch your nutritional choices.

Eating foods like red lean meat, unsaturated fats and natural/high fiber carbohydrates should be your number 1 choice. Don't just eat everything you like. You should eat something good for you. Such like eating lean meat and high fiber carbohydrates for stabilizing your blood sugar level and stay away from high amount of saturated fats.

Include cardio workout

Cardio workout is no needed to be overdone. When you get more muscles, cardio workouts can decrease the fat storage in the muscle building process. Short cardio workouts are enough, but keep it with high strength. Don't perform long workouts, 10 to 20 minutes workout are good and can prevent muscle loss.

You can turn into fat loss exercises and concentrate on that to slash you body fat and try to maintain your muscle mass after you reach a certain muscle level that you are satisfied. But, remember that while you're getting larger, you will gain body fat. So, in the muscle building process, the most important concept is not to prevent getting fat but get it as little as possible. - 17273

Increase Your Energy and Inner Strength with Just a Few Drops

By Lenette Nakauchi

Would you like to increase your energy and inner strength with a few drops a day? Marine Phytoplankton is a supercharged, ocean-based micro algae that is raw, live, and thus enzyme active. It contains every known mineral and all amino acids that our bodies need for optimum health. Phytoplankton is the original source of Omega 3's and is more powerful than any fish/flax oil you can find. Major scientist and researcher Jack Crusoe was the first to crack this code when he said that the future of the nutrition was in the ocean. Marine Phytoplankton is in fact at the very bottom of the entire worlds foodchain.

There is a vast array of human health benefits from the internal use of Marine Phytoplankton. These references include more vibrant and younger looking skin, a gentle lift of energy each day of use, eyesight improvement, speedy recovery to health, strengthening of the immune, nervous and endocrine system, and more. It has also been shown to enhance brain function, act as an anti-inflammatory, improve cellular repair, and improve circulation.

Typically, Omega 3 fatty acids in hemp, flax, and chia seeds are Alpha-linolenic acids, or ALA, which need to be converted in the body through several complicated steps before it can deliver the benefits. Omega 3 fatty acids in marine phytoplankton are immediately assimilable in the human body. So when we take marine phytoplankton, no energy is necessary to convert and assimilate the Essential Fatty Acids, minerals, or proteins. They are literally delivered at the DNA/Mitochondria level. That means instant energy is delivered right into our blood steam. We get all of those benefits for no digestive work.

If you were to put a droppperful of Elements for Life Marine Phytoplankton in a glass of water, you would realize just how much chlorophyll is in this superfood. The benefits of chlorophyll are numerous. For starters, chlorophyll detoxifies the blood, liver and digestive tract, it increases oxygen intake, and fuels muscles for higher performance, endurance, and recovery.

A team of doctors, microbiologists, and botanists in Europe narrowed down all species of marine phytoplankton supremely beneficial to human health down to just one. This micro-algae is now grown in a controlled ocean-like environment completely pure and containing no contaminants or environmental pollutants. The Elements for Life Marine Phytoplankton product is a dropper bottle full of living-state marine phytoplankton in a purified ocean water concentrate.

What is the difference between Elements for Life Marine Phytoplankton and other marine phytoplankton products? At the time of this writing, there are two marine phytoplankton products to compare this to. When I added equal amounts of each of the three brands into a 6 ounce glass of water, the difference was clear. Elements for Life Marine Phytoplankton caused the entire glass to convert to a cloud of green, because it is so chlorophyll dense while the other two products didn't even come close. One product was actually completely clear while the other made the water look pinkish; there was hardly any pigmentation. They didn't taste nearly as powerful either. One tasted like juice and the other tasted like alcohol.

Rich in nutrition, this superfood can almost be called a "medicine," representing the future of healing. Currently, is the only living superfood product available to the market that contains all known minerals, antioxidants, EFAs, and protein. You only need a few drops to a dropperful once a day to feel a difference. Just try a drop and see if you can feel the difference. One bottle should last one and a half months or more. Because some don't like the strong, salty taste, you can put it in water, a smoothie, orange juice or fruit juice, or coconut water. How easy is that for super-nutrition? - 17273

The Guy Behind Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle

By Caitlin Ryan

Tom Venuto is the author of Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. I just recently purchased my copy and I will let you know soon whether I give it a Your Health Reporter thumbs up.

First of all, Tom Venuto has 3.7% body fat and he is in absolutely perfect condition. He is a natural body builder who has won championships and never touched steroids! Tom Venuto has graced the pages of many fitness magazines nationally and internationally in magazines such as Australian IRONMAN. Of course, that is not why he is receiving my thumbs up.

Tom Venuto is the author of many published fitness articles and he is involved in organizations such as the American College of Sports Medicine. He is well educated with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He knows and understands fat loss, muscle building and proper nutrition; yet, that is STILL not why I think his book is going to be amazing!

Tom Venuto receives a thumbs up from Your Health Reporter because he has spent the last 19 years educating himself, training his body, and most importantly, trying virtually every diet and supplement known. He has taken that knowledge and spent 14 years testing and developing his program, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.

There are literally thousands of weight loss products, programs and supplements on the market. Very few of them ever have this much knowledge behind them. Very few of them have an author or developer that has poured so much of his life into what he believes. Most weight loss and fat loss companies would just assume their product did not work. If they all worked, sooner or later, people would lose weight and keep it off and then who would feed the billion dollar a year weight loss industry?

Tom learned through experience that you cannot take a diet pill and lose body fat and keep it off. You cannot follow a very low calorie diet and have a lean body. You can lose weight, but you cannot lose body fat and keep it off for good. This is why most weight loss programs, diet pills and supplements will fail you!

Our bodies need nutrients and training if we want to lose body fat and keep lean body mass. I have always said that there IS a such thing as a skinny fat person. And these folks may be happy with skinny until they gain the weight back!

Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle will no doubt allow you to keep your metabolism high as well, which is key in body fat LOSS. Rapid weight loss programs always lower your metabolism and so do many other forms of weight loss diets. Your body ends up storing MORE fat this way and feeding off your lean body mass. Tom Venuto wants you to lose FAT, not muscle. - 17273

Ninxgia Red Wolfberry " the New Super Fruit

By Deborah Lindholm

The red wolfberry is a fruit that is grown in the Ningxia region of China. It has been described as a superfruit and has achieved high status in the world of health foods. Alternative names for it are the Tibetan wolfberry and the goji berry.

Two species of wolfberry are cultivated: Lycium barbarum and Lycium chinense. It is native to Tibet, Mongolia and China and the fruit is a staple in Chinese medicine. In the West it has long been grown as an ornamental garden plant.

Along with other superfruits, the wolfberry or goji berry has been identified as a highly nutritious food, as well as having medicinal properties. It is especially rich in antioxidant-rich phenols, which counteract the ageing and carcinogenic effects of free radicals. They contain four times more antioxidant than prunes, one of the fruits highest in antioxidants.

Scientific analysis of the nutritional potency of goji berries has shown that they contain a wealth of vitamin C (as much as 150 mg per 100g in fresh, rather than dried, berries). This makes them a far better source of vitamin C than fruits like the orange. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is abundant in the wolfberry, as is beta carotene, essential for maintaining healthy eyesight. Research has also revealed that these berries are mineral-rich, containing calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and selenium.

Red wolfberries are also exceptionally rich in a carotenoid known as zeaxanthin, as well as in polysaccharides, plant sterols, amino acids and essential fatty acids. Unfortunately, extravagant claims have been made for goji berries and red wolfberry juice, including that it prevents breast cancer. These have attracted critical attention from food safety agencies in Europe and the USA, so use your careful judgment when assessing claims.

Legend has it that a Chinese man who ate goji berries daily lived to the age of 250. In Chinese medicine the fruits (and sometimes the bark) are believed to improve the skin, aid male fertility and vigor, boost liver and kidney function and enhance vision. Some substances found in the red wolfberry have been investigated by western medicine, with evidence that they may assist in a wide range of conditions, from hepatitis B to cervical cancer. Goji berries may have anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties, lower cholesterol and modulate blood pressure.

Ongoing research may confirm wolfberries as a wonder food. Consumers should be aware that juices labeled as wolfberry or goji juice are often juice blends, and that the quality of the fruit varies, depending on growing conditions, region of origin, and processing methods, amongst other factors. - 17273

Supplements and RDAS

By P.G Mayora

When you go to the supermarkets or health food shops looking for a multi vitamin/mineral and you pick one up and on the label it says vitamin A 100% RDA, vitamin D 100% RDA and so on , so you think Ill take this one as it has the full amount of RDAS for all these vitamins.

But!.. The thing is that these guidelines set by the government and health experts are basically the bare minimum for each of these micronutrients to stop diseases such as scurvy (vitamin C deficiency), beri-beri (thiamine deficiency), pellagra nicotinic acid and tryptophen deficiency), rickets (vitamin D deficiency) and so on, although these amount are the bare minimum needed to keep these diseases at bay, it is by no means enough to stay in peak condition, the distance between a diet to prevent these conditions and a diet to stay in the best of health are a million miles apart.

It is impossible to say that such and such is the amount for the RDAs for everyone on the the planet. Every single person needs different and varying amounts of each vitamin and mineral, and this all depends on sex, age, where you live (country or city), what medication you are on, which country you live in , weight, fitness, activity, what exercise you do, your job, anything you suffer from (any conditions, ailments or diseases), family history, allergies, diet, if you smoke or drink the list goes on and on, as there are hundreds of factors that contribute to your well being.

Lets take a couple of examples: If you live in a busy city as opposed to out in the country, then one of the things you will need more than the ones who live in less polluted areas are antioxidants. There are way too many antioxidants to list, but whereas RDA,s tell you vitamin A 800ug, vitamin C 60mg and vitamin E 10mg, it really should be more like vitamin A 2,500ug, vitamin C 1,000- 2,000mg and vitamin E 300mg as a much stronger level of anti oxidants will be required to fight all of the extra free radicals from exhaust and pollution.

But increasing your vitamins and minerals is only part of the story. Another thing that people may not realise is that certain vitamins and minerals help each other and are needed in certain combinations and certain ones work against each other. Pretty much everyone knows that calcium is needed for strong bones and teeth, but this does not make the slightest bit of difference unless there are suitable levels of vitamin D, magnesium and phosphorus because these all work together for the maximum uptake by the body.

Iron needs vitamin C to increase absorption, potassium needs magnesium to hold it in the cells, sodium works with potassium in order to maintain water balance and proper nerve and muscle impulses, and then on the other side of the coin zinc and copper are highly antagonistic as they stop each other working properly and phosphorus is hindered by high levels of iron, magnesium and aluminium to name but a few. - 17273
