Now, hold the barbell over your head (while laying down) and slowly lower the barbell down. Bend your elbows correctly until you reached the max comfort level your at and bring the barbell back up. Just repeat the same steps until your reps are met.

Bench Press - 2 sets of 6 reps

Bruce knew that a great martial artist needed a solid rib cage to be able to take punches and kicks to that area. The exercise is suppose to be expanding your rib cage for it to be right. Make sure you lie down on the right bench press. Hold up the bars and slowly let it drop close to your chest and bring it back up. Simple and effective.

Barbell Curls - 2 sets of 8 reps

Martial arts includes throwing and pulling if you haven't noticed. Many times they might even grapple but that happens more nowadays in MMA fighting like Ultimate Fighting Champions. Bruce used this method to help his arms by pulling his opponent near or toss his opponent away. While performing curls, notice your biceps getting bigger.
