Learn to cook chicken and fish in large quantities. Marinate a large amount of chicken breast and rill on a barbecue. Cooking a large quantity of meat is a great way to have meat for all of your meals without having to constantly wash frying pans. Rice is another staple on the Michael Thurman diet. Cook a large amount of Japanese sticky rice as it tends to retain its moisture for a long time. Store all contents for later use.
