Once you decide to improve your physical condition so as to feel confident and in control, you will in all likelihood be considering a some form of martial arts. Whatever kind of school or style that you choose to pursue, you will discover that as a side effect of martial arts you may somewhat offset your being prone to bruise easily, at least to some limited extent.
