How Did Skinny Vinny (Vince Delmonte) Get Ripped?

Those who knew Skinny Vinny would be shocked to see his physique these days! Look out for the next class reunion because Vince Delmonte will likely get the "most changed" votes!

There is a reason Vince Delmonte's No Nonsense body building programs are such a hit and why they work for so many different types of people. His struggle to overcome his body type led him to develop a program that can help virtually anyone transform their body.

Even after working hours in the gym, he could not gain muscle mass. He watched in envy as others did routines and gained body mass with less effort. He tried the routines, but they never worked for him.
