Eating While HCG Dieting
While there isn't very much eating while on the HCG diet program, there is eating. And it's very strict eating. Sticking to it is much easier if you give yourself some variety. That's why finding good, simple, yummy recipes appropriate for the program is so important.

During the cook time you need apply pressure repeatedly to the tomatoes with the back of a spoon or something similar. By the end of the 5 minute cook time you want your tomatoes to resemble a really thick spaghetti sauce. Next you add your meat. And last you add some seasonings...try garlic salt, onion salt and some Italian seasonings.
