Eat More For Weight Loss

That's a dificult one to get your head around, isn't it? Lose weight by eating MORE? It contradicts all that we have been led to believe about weight loss.

However, once you can see how our bodies process food, and how this is controlled by our brains, the subject gets a lot easier to grasp.

There are a lot of misunderstandings about how to lose weight effectively, and about how we put it on in the first place, and why it stays on. The well-known diet programs give no information about the root causes of how the body stores and burns fat.

The main enemy for dieters has always been seen as the food we eat, and the solution as how to eat less. But food is not the central issue, and eating less will not solve your problem.

If you did a survey, very few people would believe that it's possible to change your body in 11 days - by losing 9 pounds of fat. Dieting is regarded as a long, drawn-out affair.

However, these figures have been achieved, over and over. These numbers are typical of what you can expect when you start.

To simplify it, the system works because of what happens when we eat. There are 2 types of hormones produced - a fat-burning type and a fat-storing type.

And the production of these hormones can be controlled " more of the fat-burning type can be produced, less of the fat storage type, by consuming certain specific foods.

It's a very clever system - controlling our fat-processing hormones through food. By eating certain foods (and in the correct order), you can "signal" those fat-burning hormones to work for you.

For the system to work, you must eat more than 3 times a day, and eat the correct food using the right pattern. This can be difficult to grasp, but its the critical part of it.
