The Basics to Making Hemp Milk

Use 1 part shelled hemp seeds to 3 to 5 parts of filtered water (depending on thickness desired)

Blend for approx. 2 minutes

Use your nut bag to strain the pulp from the liquid or not

Pour into a glass jar and milk will stay fresh capped in your refrigerator for around 3 days

You can add your favorite sweetener, salt, vanilla, or super foods to kick up this milk
