More Nutritious Sugar Alternatives

By Jim Hakman

I'll be the first to say that my preference for sweet foods is nearly as strong as anybody's. I place myself on a limited plan where a couple of times each week, I let myself splurge.

Aside from this, I mostly keep moderately nutritious. This doesn't prevent my preference for sweet treats from fading however, & thus, I frequently find myself searching for other ways to add a sweet taste to my food or beverage.

Here are a couple simple substitutes which you can be interested in enjoying rather than sugar. Hopefully they will help to meet your needs as you keep the calories lowyou curb your calories.

The 1st option that I am going to talk about is one food that you will often encounter in foods, and we'll by and large get pleasure from its sweetness. Honey is wholly free of chemicals, & keeps things organic should you choose to use it as your alternative to sugar.

Whether or not you're putting it in snacks or into beverages such as coffee, the natural markup of honey should give you a natural method of sweetening your snacks.

An extra means you could go about is through the use of fruit bits. For ages, I have been enjoying boring water while throwing in a couple fruits inside the water while I drink it.

This is lighter than juice and is wholly satisfying, yet it's naturally sweet. Once you get into the habit of it, I could truly tell you that you'll probably find yourself not needing to return to sugar whatsoever.

It's flavorful and it's healthy, & there's not a lot that tops the 2 when combined together with each other

Finally, a replacement alternative has made its way into the marketplace, & seems to be making an impression on a handful health & weight conscious folks.

The all new Truvia is finding its place within the health world, and it is derived from the natural stevia plant, resulting in a natural alternative as opposed to alternative typical processed sugar substitutes. - 17273
