The first thing to do on a detox day is to only eat organic, natural foods. You should begin your day with a "green" power drink. There are also supplements you can take to increase the productivity of your detox day. A good multi-vitamin will help as will green tea leaf extract. Niacin helps your body tissue release toxins. You should also take magnesium to keep your bowel movements regular so that the toxins will be removed from your body more quickly.

When you are always feeling tired, the easiest ways to increase energy are always the best. This is what makes a detox day a great technique. It is very easy and you will quickly gain energy.
