Loving Dessert While on the HCG Diet

The majority of people out there love dessert. The majority of dieters out there love dessert. Dessert tastes good. It makes people smile. So it's just sad that going on the HCG diet means that you can't enjoy any dessert whatsoever for the length of the program and maintenance period. Or it would be sad if it were true...

It's true that HCG dieters have to limit themselves to 500 calories per day. And no one is going to argue that 500 calories per day is A LOT of limiting! Most assume that because of the strict caloric restrictions dessert has to be cut out entirely. But it isn't. While on the homeopathic HCG diet people are encouraged to incorporate dessert into their meal plans. They just have to be HCG approved desserts.
