Weight Loss Meal Plans, How to Choose the Best One for You? (This is what worked for me!)

My name is Mindi Everett. Over the years I have spent so much money and time looking for an ideal weight loss plan that would work for me.

You've been there too? Many plans out there offer everyone success. Problem is that the plans are expensive, the meals are lacking flavor, and there is very little weight loss for the users.

I was about to give up on losing weight after trying so many programs with no real results. My self-esteem was low, my energy was lower, and my hope was at the bottom.
