My HCG Diet: Day 23
I'm finishing up my homeopathic HCG diet. I'm so glad that I knew where to buy oral HCG online without a prescription. At the moment I'm finishing up the low calorie portion of the homeopathic HCG diet. I'm on day 23 of 25. It's getting right down to the very end and the excitement is killing me!
I got on the scale this morning and I was at 152. So I dropped down from yesterday by 2 pounds. I'm glad because yesterday I went up one pound so 2 pounds kind of negates the gain and gives me a little bit of a drop. Yeah!
After I weighed myself I took my B-Total. (Since I knew where to buy oral HCG online without a prescription...I knew where to get B-Total, too!) After I took my B-Total I thought about taking my HCG, but remembered that you don't take it during the last three days of the low calorie diet. I ate really healthy again today: another filet mignon, asparagus, Melbas and half a grapefruit.
For dinner I made the buffalo chicken salad. I really liked it last time. But this time I accidentally doubled the sauce. It was definitely too strong, but still pretty good. I had strawberries and Melba Toasts with my salad and it was great.
I also tried to focus on water a lot. I always considered myself a big water drinker, but doing the homeopathic HCG diet has made me question myself. Apparently I never drank enough water. So that's just one more good habit that I've developed during the course of the diet. I'd say that on average I probably doubled the amount of water I drink in a day.
I've lost a total of 19 pounds. That almost 20 pounds in 23 days. Yeah! I'm quite close to the average weight loss numbers published by the site. And I'm feeling like the 19 pounds makes a huge difference. - 17273
