Eat Four to Six Times Every Day For The Best Fitness Results
If you have ever read a fitness magazine chances are you have read that it is better to eat 6 meals a day then 3. The experts behind this idea are really on to something and I highly suggest eating more meals... that's right more meals, over the traditional 3 meals.
As a woman you were probably raised like me... to eat a solid 3 meals a day. And then as your grew older, you actually cut that down to 2 as a lot of women do. However, eating like that can actually cause you to get fatter, not a more solid body like 6 meals a day will do for you.
While eating 6 meals a day will take getting used to, once you do it will change your body and your mind. You will no longer have to have that extreme hunger during the early afternoons or late mornings... and you will always feel energized.
