Things to Do While on the Homeopathic HCG Diet
One of the main questions that gets discussed by potential HCG dieters is, "What do I do while I'm on the diet?" It pops up constantly. And it's always fun to give the same old answers.
1. Go to work. Most employers don't offer paid time off to lose weight. You could ask, but we don't encourage it. HCG dieters find that it's easy to stick to the diet if you pack your lunch. Use the cookbook and package the meals in single servings that you can cart in to work.
2. Eat with your family. Don't let being on the HCG diet disrupt sitting down together as a family to have dinner. Make a recipe from the cookbook that they'll enjoy such as the very lean roast or the chili or the soup. There are a lot of recipes that receive high accolades from kids and spouses alike.
3. Go out with your friends. Don't avoid all social gatherings. Once you get used to the plan you'll find that at almost any gathering or restaurant you can choose healthy items that are HCG appropriate. For instance, order a raw vegetable salad with the dressing on the side. Drink a lot of water with lemon.
4. Indulge your sweet tooth. Dieting almost always required limiting your intake of sweets. But there are definite "sweets" that are absolutely HCG diet approved. For instance, check out the warm cinnamon apple from the HCG Diet Direct cookbook. It's delicious.
Now this list is in no way conclusive. The point of the list is actually to prove that there doesn't need to be a list of "appropriate activities." The HCG diet is something you can incorporate easily into your life. You don't need to stop living because you're dieting. Just fit it in and move on! - 17273
