Some people will wake up after 4 hours and consume some protein for their body. It really not everybody will do that to wake up every 4 hours, I would recommended to eat fatty protein before bed. The example of fat high protein would be cottage cheese. The fat slows down the digestive system thus the protein stay longer in your body over the night.
