Waffle Recipe To Wet The Appetite

Legend states that primitive man was the first to invent the waffle recipe. Waffles are loved and eaten by most people and waffles are popular on the breakfast table and eaten with trickle syrup and butter which is delicious. Now that your mouth is watering here is a very simple waffle recipe that you can whip up. All the basic ingredients are available and your kids can join in and make these tasty tempting waffles.

Surprise your family by just following the easy steps. Take out the flour and set aside 2 cups, a tsp of baking powder, a quarter tsp of salt, a tablespoon of sugar, warm 2 cups of milk up, separate 2 eggs and lastly 1 tablespoon of butter which you need to melt.

Follow the easy step by step instructions on how to make a delicious waffle mixture. The very first things you need to do is switch on your waffle machine so that when mixture is ready your waffle machine is already hot and all you have to do is just follow the instruction step by step.

Step one: Take a medium sized bowl which you can use for mixing and then once you have separated the eggs put the white of the egg into your bowl and beat the egg white up until they are frothy and you are able to form peaks. Set this bowl to one side.

Step two: Then take another clean small mixing bowl and mix in the warm milk, melted butter, and sugar and egg yolks. Make sure you mix all these ingredients very well and the sugar must be dissolved. Step 3: Another mixing bowl need to be used so that you can now mix all your dry ingredients which is your 2 cups of flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Step 4: now take the wet ingredients that you mixed earlier and add them to your dry ingredients.

Step 5: While mixing make sure you don't have any lumps and that your mixture is smooth and has a firm running consistency and make sure it is not thick dough either. Should it be too thick then just add some more milk? Step 6: Now take the egg whites which you have beaten up and fold these into your mixture gently. Now your mixture is ready.

Seventh step: you can use a soup ladle and spoon one ladle at a time onto the hot waffle iron and close it for around two minutes and remove. The mixture should allow you to make at least twelve waffles. The waffles need to cool down first and then they are ready for eating.

Sour cream waffles is also really yummy and has also become very popular. The ingredients that you need to use is one cup of water, a half cup of sour cream, a half cup plain yoghurt, quarter tsp white vinegar, and two cups of flour, a tsp of baking powder and a tsp of baking soda, pinch of salt and 2 eggs. Whisk up all the wet ingredients and add them to the dry ingredients and apply the same method as for plain waffles. - 17273
