Even though the free weights you are using can be very beneficial, there is a little something that you may very well be missing and it is important for your overall workout to add that missing element into your routine.

They are also much more suitable for people who need to keep training whilst traveling.

Come up with your own exercise routine or follow one that you have learned about in a book or on a DVD. Either way, you will soon see the results and benefits gained from the use of the kettlebells.
